The everDOCs Private Cloud is the secure way to watch the contents of your computer remotely on the road from your iDevice or to share documents with your friends.

As opposed to any public cloud service, your documents and folder listenings are exclusively transferred between your computer and your viewing device (iDevice or browser) and the communication can be optionally encrypted by SSL for enhanced security.

We guarantee:

1. We never will be able to see or abuse your documents or other data, because they are never transferred to us or our servers.
2. Your documents and data will never be transferred to any other third-party server.
3. We will never collect your personal data from everDOCs, neither documents nor any other information from your computer.
4. You do not have to register to use your everDOCs Private Cloud.
5. You can define access rights for each of your friends for each shared catalog, and withdraw these rights indiviually whenever you like.

We run an everDOCs Connection Server which is contacted by both your everDOCs client and server software. This server is used to establish a secure direct connection between your computer and your watching device. As soon as this connection is established, our connection server is not involved in your communication any more.

The connection server is required to guarantee the reachability of your everDOCs Bridge even when IP addresses change.
